This is good, because it will announce who is coming and going from your TS3


There are two things that must be done for your phonetic name to play properly, and for you to be able to hear the phonetic names of other players.

1. Change your Sound Pack to "Default Text To Speech"
a.) Go to Settings
b.) Select Options
c.) Choose Notifications on the left
d.) From the Sound Pack drop down list select Default Text To Speech
e.) Click Ok
2. Setup your phonetic nickname
a.) Go to Self
b.) Select Set Phonetic Nickname
c.) Play around with different spellings of your name to get one that sounds accurate.
d.) Click Ok


Now whenever someone enter/leaves the server or changes channels you'll be able to hear who they are and where they went.
