I just got my Beta key for this RTS and I'm activating it on Steam.  It's basically a WWII RTS that features deception and bluffing. You can fake a rush in one direction and camouflage a real attack on the other side of the map for instance.
It's an interesting concept that I'll actually get to try out well in advance. If you want to try and get a beta key you have to go to ubisoft's website and register.

That trailer looks like some silly Japanese game....not very WW2, at least not the side most people will want to be on....

Wow I failed.  So I mistakenly thought the "Promo" code I got was my key so I didnt take any further action.  Upon checking the email and clicking the link to actually sign up and get the key, it is closed.

I just played a match and utterly dominated. I think that neither of us knew really what was going on but I decided to play the game straight up like a strategy game. 

It's pretty simplistic in terms of strategy so the real complications are going to come from using the ruses.  The thing is, the guy I was playing against was trying some deception that was so obviously fake that I ignored him and concentrated only on producing tanks and planes. Because it's so simple to produce units, I had a huge tank group and a big air force and just used one to take out the AA or AT. 

One thing that sucks about the beta is that you can only play ranked matches that are auto selected.  I think the game will be amazing among the people who take the time to learn how to play, but playing against new players is going to lead to a lot of unremarkable matches. Where one guy has no idea what's going on and could still win by spamming units.

The Beta went live yesterday.  Anyone else DL'd this yet?  It looks pretty cool, but haven't figured out how to play yet (only had it turned on to see what it looked like).

I just played this for the first time.  Got my ass kicked twice against the computer.  Third time was the charm.  I've enjoyed it so far.
