First Battlefield, then COD, and now Medal of Honor has gone to the modern era after initially making WWII games.  I think that we're rapidly approaching the saturation point (although if Brothers in Arms goes modern I WILL be buying it).

Aren't this new gen of fps looking almost like reality?  Won't be long before you can't tell the difference.  Actual gameplay in BFBC2 will gfx at the max looks scarily real at times!

these games dont even come close to reality. Not by a longshot. Theyre all arcade shooters.

My want is up ten fold. EA seems to be winning another round in my score card. First Bad Company 2 over Modern Warfare 2 and now it seems Medal of Honor over COD Black Ops.

It's trailers like that in the opening post that really make me struggle to decide which platform to buy the game on...chances are it would be the 360, but I just hate having inferior graphics compared to the PC version, cause it really does look fantastic in that trailer and I know you will probably only benefit from the highest quality through a higher end PC.

Should be interesting.

I fear that EA is probably going to go GSP only on their servers again though....

Well Death, as much as I've gotten console gaming in the last few months, there are some genres that I will always play on a PC.  Even though most people I know who console game own a 360, I bought a PS3 because the only multiplayer experience I'm interested is on PC.
